At Koloa Surf Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your surf-inspired gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
